Their shared vision is: "Leading Elite Athletes to Lasting Success". With their team, they do just that: they combine their skills, experience and extensive network in sport and business to support professional athletes on their path to a successful second and third career.

Paul is a consultant for start-ups and an expert in company management, investments and brand management. His main interests lie in strategic, financial and impact investments. As a long-standing managing director of Laureus Sport for Good, he brings a strong network in sport and business to the team.

Miki has been working successfully and confidently for years in the field of advising and supporting athletes. Thanks to her experience in sports journalism and her work as Head of Athlete Management at Laureus Sport for Good, she is familiar with both the communication and sports management side of the world of elite sport.

Founder
Markus is a successful media entrepreneur. As a former NFL professional, he knows the world of elite sport and the challenges athletes face. Since the end of his professional career, he has advised the NFL, various clubs on internationalization and the NFL Players Association, among others.

Talents
Katharina studied sports economics and brings her passion for sports, event organization and social commitment to the Athletes Alliance. As the first employee, she supports the founders in all matters, takes on a variety of organizational tasks and ensures their implementation.
